Zumba Regulars Group Photo

Misty sent me this photo from Wednesday night’s Zumba class. Looks like I totally missed out on a Justin-sighting and a great class. I hate missing Zumba. We were out on the West side of town that night, though.
Anyway, speaking of Zumba. There is this huge FREE Zumba event in Old Town tonight. It’s from 6 to 9 PM in Old Town Square (in front of Warren Theater). The details are all over Facebook. Zumba enthusiasts, casual Zumba people, and those curious about Zumba will congregate and Zumba outside on the square. It kind of reminds me of a flash mob. I would totally do it except for a prior engagement.
Anyway, I don’t care what you have planned tonight. If you are going to be in town, this is one event you cannot miss! (I’m counting on you to take lots of pictures, Gina Ann! Don’t let me down!)

Zumba!

I missed doing Zumba on Monday night due to my appointment with John Wilborn, but at least I got to record them on video. My favorite part is below, except I’m not sure why the video is sideways. LOL.

An Unconventional Mother’s Day

We met mom, dad, David, Donna and Jenni at Little Busters in Derby for lunch today. After that, we all met Kevin, Kasey, Kyndra and Kasey’s cousin Brandy at Derby Bowl.
Happy Mother’s Day to mom, Donna, Kasey and Jenni! And all the other moms of the world. Hope everyone had a fantastic Mother’s Day weekend. 🙂

We had a great time last night for fight night. Mostly the same people who came for the first fight night came this time around. The last time, we had way too much food left over and we ruined a crock pot. We vowed not to make the same mistake this time around. So we said, less food and more booze. LOL. The result was complete mayhem.
Anyway, the fight was pretty good. I was hoping for a KO, though, so I was a bit disappointed in the outcome. Also Manny wasn’t on his A-game. He threw fewer punches than usual. I don’t know if it’s because Shane Mosley is a nice guy and they like each other or because of the recent car accident or a combination of both. Either way, the fight wasn’t as exciting as his other bouts. Although, it was better than the Clottey fight.
I’m still holding out for the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather bout. That will be the one to watch. Hopefully we’ll see the fight take place in this lifetime. LOL.
