Adam Sandler Movies Make Cry
Posted on November 3, 2006 by Ching under Movies.
As funny as Adam Sandler is, it seems I end up bawling like an incosolable child every time I watch one of his movies. Remember 50 First Dates? That movie was so sad. Click
is the same.
Brian asked why I was crying and I told him I was scared. I could see myself as Michael, Adam Sandler’s character. It makes me feel guilty that I am not around more. I don’t get to spend enough time with Brian and the limited time I have to spend with him wouldn’t actually be classified as quality time. I’m afraid I’m guilty of doing the “autopilot” thing, too.
Sometimes our values and priorities get so muddled that we end up valuing the wrong things. Family should always come first.

I can name at least a couple off the top of my head: I Am Sam and The Notebook. Both excellent tear jerkers. 🙂

You are so correct. I saw this movie and literally was crying my eyes out during it and even long afterwards. It got inside me and touched me in a way I did not expect. It is a very deep movie that can actually be life-transformational if someone is open to its message. I cannot remember ever being touched by a movie like this before.
