Dr. Molly and Mr. Monster

She looks vicious in this picture, doesn’t she? She is the most adorable little puppy but like a gremlin she has her terrible, vicious side. When she gets in a really playful mood she’ll come after your toes and feet like there is no tomorrow. It’s cute at first but she gets carried away sometimes and starts biting really hard. Then it’s not fun anymore.
We took her the vet today for her weekly weigh in and I’m happy to report that my pot-bellied princess is now 3 lbs 5 ounces. Last Friday she weighed only 2 lbs 13 ounces, so we are doing great.
She is still very finicky about food, though. It takes a lot of coaxing to get her to eat. Sometimes I just give up and leave her alone. A few hours later I will see the food dish empty. I can only hope that she’s the one eating it and the cats aren’t scarfing up her food.
Speaking of the cats, Oscar’s eye infection has finally healed but now Felix has it. Hopefully Jesus and Molly don’t get it. As for us, the vet said that it’s not contagious to humans so Brian and I are safe. For now, anyway. Who knows what other diseases our babies will contract.
