Video Blogging Made Easy
Posted on February 25, 2006 by Ching under Web.
I just discovered You Tube. I know they’ve been around for a while, but I’ve been busy so I’m kind of behind the curve here. Anyway, I just now got a chance to tinker with it and it’s actually pretty cool. It’s really simple and easy to use. You don’t have to know anything about anything. You just need to make your videos, upload them and you’re done. The videos are actually stored on their servers so you don’t even have to have hosting. You just upload your videos to their server and they give you the code to use. You can paste the code anywhere (MySpace, Blogger, you name it). It’s so simple… it’s completely foolproof! Here’s an old video that Brian made a few years ago. I didn’t have any other videos to upload so I had to use this one. Check it out so you can see how this thing works.Neat, huh? This is one of those things that I wish I could’ve thought of. I mean, the creators of You Tube are probably going to make a killing off this utility. Seriously. Thousands of people are already using it and the number of users are growing exponentially as we speak. Of course, you’ve got people like me who will share our latest and greatest discoveries with anyone willing to listen (or read, in this case) so that only helps them to spread news about their service. Anyway, now that I know how it works you’ll probably be seeing some video blogs soon. Okay, maybe not for a while since I’m kind of busy right now but definitely sometime soon. Keep checking back!
