Golden Nugget Pool

I forgot to mention the reason I was excited about staying at the Golden Nugget. I really wanted to stay there because Brian and I saw their pool featured in one of the CSI: Las Vegas episodes. It’s the episode where the shark gets loose and bites a girl lounging in the pool.

The pool looked much cooler in the TV show than it does in real life. It was still pretty cool, though.

The cool thing is that you can slide through the shark tank.

Brian was disappointed that I didn’t pack my swimsuit. I thought it would be too cold to swim so I didn’t bring it. I didn’t realize that they kept the water at a constant 85 degrees. Oh, well. Maybe next time.
