Bohol Moonrise

This photo was taken at Panglao Island Nature Resort & Spa one of the top resorts in Panglao Island in Bohol province. Panglao Island Nature Resort & Spa is on the other side of Panglao Island from Alona Beach. The nice thing about the property is that their beach front is not only beautiful, it is also private. No outsiders or vendors are able to pester you because the resort charges an entrance fee of P300. The resort also boasts a little islet that you can walk over to during low tide.

We had dinner at Panglao Island Nature Resort on our last evening in Bohol (follow the link for pictures). The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. It is a shame that the room rates are on the expensive side. I’m glad we had the opportunity to check out the resort, take photos and have dinner because I don’t think we would have been able to afford staying there. =P

Brian told me that this photo is actually of the moon rising and not the sun setting. I guess I’d never actually watched “moonrise” before. LOL.
