Sometimes You Just Need Affirmation

When you are down in the dumps and don’t feel like you’re worth a damn, you need to get some positive self-talk going. Always remember that you cannot value others, if you do not value yourself first.
Sometimes I think I have so much self-talk going in my head that I have multiple personalities. Anyway, you can also scatter positive things to remind yourself to feel good about yourself throughout your house and work. Like writing positive statements on the bottom of the grocery list pad that’s on the fridge, or something nice about yourself on a Post It note on your computer monitor.
I don’t like for people to think I am nuts (though most probably already do) so I hid mine on my phone. Each time I turn on my phone, I am reminded that I am the best. Everyone needs positive affirmations every now and then.
So start today. Tell yourself how great you are. Love yourself. That love will soon grow and burst out of you and you won’t have any choice but to share your love with others.

Ching is bestest, evarh!!!!! Now the catch -after the parties on July 4th, You and Brian, Me and Dad, will have to start taking dance lessons, religously for exercise!!!!! There’s a gazillion committments, which one is for YOU????
