An All-American Date

Brian surprised me yesterday by taking me on an all-American date. He took me to a baseball game. I’d never been to a baseball game before so it was quite an adventure.

It was a real treat to watch the game from the Viega suite (Sky Box 1). I’m so glad Brian’s boss had extra tickets.

I had a good time despite the somewhat uneventful game. Inning after inning, the Wingnuts couldn’t couldn’t score. Of course, the Wingnuts’ winning streak would end the day that Brian and I come out to watch them.

I’d love to go again. Hopefully next time the Wingnuts will be victorious. It’s a lot more fun when your team is winning.
