Volleyball and Pool Party at Doug’s

We spent the afternoon at Doug’s playing volleyball in the pool. It is so much fun. Our team kept losing, but we still had a good time.
Doug has the best backyard set up. He has several lounge chairs by the pool, it makes you feel like you’re on a perpetual vacation. If we had a pool, we probably wouldn’t have any reason to get away.
The days are starting to get really short. I remember that last couple of times we went, it was still bright at 8:30 pm. Last night, it was dark by 8:30 pm and so we had to cut our game of Ladder Golf short because we could no longer see.
Speaking of Ladder Golf… That’s one cool yard game. I’m thinking we should make one. It would make a great housewarming gift. I found these great instructions, complete with pictures online. It doesn’t look hard. Maybe we’ll make some for everyone we know? LOL. That’s what everyone is getting for Christmas this year. What a brilliant idea!

This new layout is still a little buggy. For some reason, some of the photos won’t show up in IE. I’m asking for help from Flickr because I’ve done an extensive search online and I can’t seem to figure out what is causing the problem. If you don’t already have Firefox, now is the time to switch! It is tons better than IE!
