Our Weekend with Molly
Posted on May 17, 2010 by Ching under Babies.
I wish the weekend would have been better. It was wet and damp and even muddy in some parts. Needless to say, we didn’t get to take Molly to the dog park. It was probably for the best because when we took Molly to PetSmart, she went berserk. I don’t know how she would’ve handled a park full of dogs.
We did get to take her to the KMMH open house, though. We didn’t stay very long because it was indoors. We took a few pictures and then went home.
The rest of the time was just spent cooped up in the townhouse because of the stinkin’ weather. =P I hope Molly still had a good weekend, though.

Crimped Hair
Posted on May 15, 2010 by Ching under Life.
Circa 1992 – So Brian’s not the only one who’s had questionable hairstyles over the years. Crimping all or part of your hair was the thing. Naturally, I got in on that hair crimping action. LOL.
Ten years later, I found myself with kinky hair again. This time it was unintentional. The consequence of having my hair braided in Jamaica. =P

Old Dogs
Posted on May 15, 2010 by Ching under Family, Movies.
Speaking of old dogs, here’s a picture of me and Pogi. Pogi was our old chocolate lab when we lived on South Valley Stream Drive, mom and dad’s first house in Derby. Actually, that’s their first house ever in the US. Pogi was our first dog in the US. Mom and dad haven’t had another dog since so I guess, he’s the first and only dog they’ve ever had here.
Incidentally, Brian and I watched Old Dogs yesterday. It wasn’t even about dogs at all. LOL. It was about this two old guys played by Robin Williams and John Travolta. I really like Robin Williams and he’s usually hilarious (think The Birdcage
— love that movie). Not so much in this one, though. There were a few laughs, but the movie was just so-so.
Come to think of it, I haven’t seen a really great funny movie in a long time. Do you guys have any recommendations for me? What should I watch next?
