Brian’s Rental Car
Posted on February 19, 2009 by Ching under Life, Travel.
This is the car that Brian will be driving in Germany. It Mercedes Benz A150. The irony is that Brian is looking forward to driving in the German autobahn, but the car he’ll be driving has a top speed of 109 mph. He won’t be flying very fast. My advice? Stay off the left lane, baby!
P.S. At least Viega was nice enough to wait until after Valentines Day to send Brian to Germany. Last year they sent him to New Hampshire the week of Valentines Day so Brian and I ended up spending Valentines Day apart. =P

Jewelry is Addictive
Posted on February 18, 2009 by Ching under Wishlist.
Brian bought me a pair of Brighton fleur de lis earrings today. Perhaps as a consolation for getting the cheapest washer and dryer known to man. I really want the Tuscan etched heart necklace that I saw at Carla’s Wild at Heart, though. I wonder if I can find them on sale somewhere.
Anyway, I found out that Brighton is running a “Charmingly Brighton” promotion until March 1. So now I want a Brighton charm necklace, too. Ugh. =P Jewelry is addictive.

Brian has a Need for Speed
Posted on February 16, 2009 by Ching under Life, Travel.
As you all know, Brian is leaving for Germany in less than two weeks. He says he isn’t really looking forward to being away from me, but he is excited about the opportunity to drive in the German autobahn.
ME: You better be safe when you are overseas. You must return home to me in one piece.
BRIAN: Why? Because you haven’t taken out additional life insurance for me?
ME: Well, that and I would really hate to have to drive myself around for the rest of my life. Two weeks of having to drive myself is long enough. =P
Brian has a need for speed. I, on the other hand, hate driving. LOL.

He’s Just Not That Into You
Posted on February 15, 2009 by Ching under Moblog.
Brian was a sweetie and took me to see the first showing of He’s Just Not That Into You yesterday. I had been trying to figure out how to squeeze that movie into our busy weekend so I was really pleased and surprised when he came up with the idea of watching the first show. That was really sweet of him!
