Poker Night at Larry Bud’s

Brian and I checked out poker at Larry Bud’s for the first time last week. It’s just down the street from us, but we’d never been. I couldn’t believe it. It was actually a lot of fun, specially since I took third place.
Running into Todd (who runs the poker tournament there) was a bonus. We hadn’t seen him in years! I think the last time we ran into him was at Loft 150, three or four years ago. Brought back memories of our old poker days at Fingers.
It’s been so long since I’d played bar poker. It felt a little weird. Weirdness aside, it was pretty fun. I think I could get back into bar poker. Maybe.

It took almost five hours, but they finally got it figured out. I’m just relieved that we don’t have to stay in five different hotels during the course of the trip. LOL.

Viega Post-Holiday Party Pics

I was horrible last weekend. Not only did I let Brian talk me into eating at Freddy’s, but I drank too much at his work function. At least the regurgitation (first time since 2004) waited until we got home.
We had a lot of fun, though. From what I can remember of it. LOL.
