Brian was a little disappointed that the fried plantain chips weren&#8217;t fresh. I had to remind him that when the chips are fresh they&#8217;re usually greasy so it&#8217;s not so bad that these are completely fresh. Besides, they&#8217;re probably fresh. It wasn&#8217;t a good as it usually is, but still tasty. It had been a while since we&#8217;d been to Sabor last so I asked for a variety of sauces. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/8539683141\/\"  title=\"20130308_164943.jpg by Ching, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8381\/8539683141_7a640a8721.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"pic\" alt=\"20130308_164943.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"float:left; padding-right:15px; padding-top:5px;\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.urbanspoon.com\/r\/329\/1413453\/restaurant\/Sabor-Wichita\" ><img alt=\"Sabor on Urbanspoon\" src=\"http:\/\/www.urbanspoon.com\/b\/link\/1413453\/biglink.gif\" style=\"border:none;padding:0px;width:200px;height:146px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>I tried the mango sofrito, chimichurri, orange poblano (which is like the old orange garlic mojo), and the red wine mole. I normally like the orange garlic mojo, but last night I liked the red wine mole sauce best.<\/p>\n<p>Sabor is good, but it&#8217;s just not the same since Chef Jason hasn&#8217;t been the executive chef there. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brubakers.us\/foodies\/?s=sabor&#038;x=0&#038;y=0\"  title=\"Sabor\" target=\"_blank\">They used to be so awesome<\/a>.
