It inspired Brian to do some culinary experimentation last night.  He made spaghetti with chunks of steak in it.  It doesn&#8217;t quite work, I know.  He said the steaks were on sale, though.  I guess he was trying to save money at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>I think it could&#8217;ve worked if he just stuck to the basics.  Cooked the steaks and then served potatoes or rice on the side.  Rather than putting it in spaghetti.  What a weird combination.  I guess he thought he could cook this stuff up because he&#8217;d been watching the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/Top_Chef\/index.php\"  target=\"out\">Top Chef<\/a> contestants seemingly throw stuff together and it turns out really good.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t quit your day job,&#8221; I told him.  On the up side, if he keeps cooking this way I might just lose weight. LOL.<\/p>\n<p>The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/Top_Chef\/index.php\"  target=\"out\">Top Chef<\/a> finale is tomorrow night.  I&#8217;m not sure how we are going to watch it since we are going to the movies with the folks at work to celebrate Customer Service Week.  I asked Brian to DVR it, but he says we have too many shows DVR-ing on Wednesday and there isn&#8217;t room for it.  Boo.<\/p>\n<p>The crazy thing is that I&#8217;ve never ever watched the show until this weekend, but now that I have I&#8217;m totally hooked.  I know I&#8217;m behind but the finale is the only important episode anyway.
