So those of you that know me know that I am not a total idiot when it comes to this kind of stuff. I expected that a company that manufactures this kind of product would assume that not just any “John” is going to buy there items and try to fumble through building a portable Hard Drive themselves. If they choose to not uphold any form of warranty (standard manufacturing warranty for any product on the planet is 1 year, if they choose to have a different warranty then it is usually clearly stated on there manual, website or the product itself. No such warning exist on this product) I will write a nice little blurb bashing there company so that all of our readers will know to not buy any products from them and then they  will spread the word to not buy any products from them as well. Companies have to realize that this is a consumers market and with the growing popularity of Blogs and Online Forums, they will have to step up there customer service to accept the new world of communication. They can not just blow off there customers with BS and hope that they loose interest. In this day and age, communication is power and we have the ability to spread the word at the speed of light.
