I called Judy (the matapoo puppies lady) today and she only has one puppy left and it&#8217;s the runt of the litter. It is not eating and it&#8217;s only one pound. I don&#8217;t know if we&#8217;ll be able to get her because Brian and I have no experience caring for special needs dogs.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I went to the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.palsrecue.org\"  target=\"out\">PALS<\/a> web site and there was nothing new there. I also went to the the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kshumane.org\"  target=\"out\">Kansas Humane Society<\/a> web site and found Sweat Pea. The web page says last updated on April 1 but we were actually too late. She had already been adopted!<\/p>\n<p>I really got my hopes up and everything.
