Carly, a friend\/coworker of mine, is re-reading Eclipse<\/a>\"\" to get ready for the upcoming movie. I don’t generally re-read books so I’m not doing that. However, I am re-watching both Twilight<\/a>\"\" and New Moon<\/a>\"\", though. That’s happening this Saturday. You’re welcome to join me if you like. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Another thing you can do to prepare for Eclipse is to read The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner<\/a>, Stephenie Meyer’s new book. It does fill in some gaps. You can read it for free on on the web through July 5. Don’t worry. It’s a relatively short read (about 2-3 hours) because it’s less than 180 pages. <\/p>\n

I didn’t intend to finish so quickly when I started reading it on Saturday. We were waiting for Chad to show up so we can carpool to the Phelpi. I just wanted to get started. Several pages into it, I was looking for the end of the chapter so I could use it as my marker. But then, the story just kept going and going and going. No end of chapter in sight. <\/p>\n

I even told Brian how I thought the book was weird because I was 100 pages into it and I still hadn’t hit a chapter. I kept reading thinking that I’d eventually hit the end of the chapter and I never got there. By page 155 I was like, “What the heck?” I finally just stopped and paged forward because I was curious at that point. “How many pages does each chapter consist of?” That’s when I realized that I only had 20 pages to go or so.. Might as well finish it. =P<\/p>\n
