Brian said I was tossing and turning and coughed a lot throughout the night.  <\/p>\n<p>Anyway, we had to cut our appointment with Landon short because I was worn out.  We did have some good news.  Brian and I have both lost 3% body fat since our first appointment with Landon a couple of weeks ago. We did our measurements just now and we have both lost 1.25 total inches also.
