The tournament was held at <a href=\"https:\/\/elitetennisandwellness.com\/\"  rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elite Tennis and Wellness<\/a> in Overland Park. It&#8217;s a beautiful facility less than five minutes from the <a href=\"https:\/\/chickennpickle.com\/overland-park\/\"  rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Overland Park Chicken N Pickle<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52072486648\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52072486648_20abf71021.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I had a blast playing doubles with Kimberly Howe. We met so many amazing women, made new friends, and we earned bronze in our division. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52070932962\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52070932962_bd3eecbe72.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was a rainy weekend with just enough bits of sunshine (and extreme heat and humidity) to get the matches completed. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52083647808\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52083647808_e2f589cf82.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52083629121\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52083629121_109cd762d8.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ryan and I ended up winning our division. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52082595482\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52082595482_a40020325d.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"447\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52083629166\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52083629166_abfea9e966.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"443\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I got to see (and play against) my friend Kat Tomlin, who beat me at singles 15-13.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52076634171\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52076634171_f18f960ea9_c.jpg\" width=\"500\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also saw my KC friends Karly Gleason (was Williams) and Liz Sharp.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/52076640143\/in\/photostream\/\"  title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52076640143_ee9136a1d3.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And I got bronze in singles.
