{"id":229,"date":"2004-09-28T21:21:10","date_gmt":"2004-09-29T03:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brubakers.us\/blog\/?p=383"},"modified":"2004-09-28T21:21:10","modified_gmt":"2004-09-29T03:21:10","slug":"vb-exam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brubakers.us\/?p=229","title":{"rendered":"VB Exam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I totally kicked ass on my VB exam.\u00c2\u00a0 I thought I did poorly but I got a 102 out of 100!\u00c2\u00a0 I missed one of the multiple choice questions but I got both of the bonus questions right.\u00c2\u00a0 Go me.<\/p>\n<p>We got our second assignment back today as well.\u00c2\u00a0 I got a 50 out of 50 on it.\u00c2\u00a0 There were minor flaws in the code but he didn&#8217;t dock me.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m not complaining.<\/p>\n<p>The average for the exam was 69 so he offered us the opportunity of earning bonus points.\u00c2\u00a0 He passed out these pop quizzes and told us to be sure and follow all of the instructions and at the end of three minutes he would collect them all back.\u00c2\u00a0 After he collected the quizzes, he asked if anyone wrote only their name and nothing else.\u00c2\u00a0 Everyone answered the three questions on the sheet, I guess, because no one said anything.\u00c2\u00a0 You should&#8217;ve seen the look on everyone&#8217;s faces when he said that&#8217;s all that we were supposed to do.\u00c2\u00a0 It was a Kodak moment!\u00c2\u00a0 I had to bust up laughing.\u00c2\u00a0 Of course, it didn&#8217;t really harm me any because I got a good score.\u00c2\u00a0 But if I was someone who really needed the five extra points, I guess I would be pretty upset.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I talked Brian into taking me to Abuelo&#8217;s to celebrate my good fortune!\u00c2\u00a0 We have no money but good exam scores are a good reason to celebrate so we&#8217;re going to celebrate anyway!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I totally kicked ass on my VB exam.\u00c2\u00a0 I thought I did poorly but I got a 102 out of 100!\u00c2\u00a0 I missed one of the multiple choice questions but I got both of the bonus questions right.\u00c2\u00a0 Go me.
