Our rule is that if it hasn&#8217;t been worn in over a year then it gets donated to Goodwill or tossed in the trash.  I hadn&#8217;t worn these socks in a few years, but I wasn&#8217;t ready to part with them just yet so I wore them.  Therefore, they&#8217;ve been worn recently and are not eligible to be donated or tossed.  There&#8217;s always clever ways of getting around the rules that we set for ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, these toe socks are great for if you want to wear flip flops in the winter.
