Brian and I were being smart alecks to each other last night.\u00c2\u00a0 Apparently, he didn’t like something that I said because, out of nowhere, he freakin’ hisses at me.\u00c2\u00a0 Yes, you heard me right.\u00c2\u00a0 He hissed!\u00c2\u00a0 Not like a snake would, but more like an angry cat would.\u00c2\u00a0 Either he’s just a weirdo period, or he has been spending too much time with the cats lately.<\/p>\n
“You are so creepy!” I tell him.\u00c2\u00a0 “Had I known you were this creepy when we were dating, I would have never agreed to marry you!”<\/p>\n
I’m kidding, of course!<\/p>\n
Other things going on..\u00c2\u00a0 Brian spent another fortune on dry cleaning.\u00c2\u00a0 It drives me nuts because he freakin’ tries to bring his entire closet to the cleaners.\u00c2\u00a0 This time his bill came to $75.\u00c2\u00a0 I was telling Ashley at work yesterday that I could buy a new pair of editor pants from Express for the same amount.\u00c2\u00a0 Ashley was like, why don’t you just iron his clothes for him and then he can pay $75 so you can go get some new editor pants.<\/p>\n
That would be the smart thing to do.\u00c2\u00a0 But lazy me, I’ve never been one to do wifely duties (other than the carnal stuff that we both enjoy, he he) so I don’t really do much ironing.\u00c2\u00a0 I say, invest in some good, wrinkle resistant clothing – dammit!<\/p>\n
And then, last night Jen and Ray had a fight and Jen wanted to come over.\u00c2\u00a0 I told her she was welcome and we had tons of leftovers if she wanted to grub at our house.\u00c2\u00a0 We got home from buying groceries at Wal-Mart and I called Jen to find out what was holding her up.\u00c2\u00a0 I was worried because she seemed really distraught.\u00c2\u00a0 She never returned my call.<\/p>\n
She’s okay.\u00c2\u00a0 She and Ray just have these fighting to the brink of breaking up and then getting back together again episodes.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s really dumb.\u00c2\u00a0 It doesn’t even phase Brian any more; he is so used to it.\u00c2\u00a0 I say it’s too much aggravation.\u00c2\u00a0 I could never see myself in such a relationship.<\/p>\n
