{"id":195,"date":"2004-08-01T22:20:01","date_gmt":"2004-08-02T04:20:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brubakers.us\/blog\/?p=381"},"modified":"2016-07-20T20:35:09","modified_gmt":"2016-07-21T01:35:09","slug":"the-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brubakers.us\/?p=195","title":{"rendered":"The Village"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We went to see <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/thevillage.movies.go.com\/\"  target=\"out\"><font color=\"#000000\">The Village<\/font><\/a> today at 13th Avenue Warren.\u00a0 When we arrived, we saw Brian&#8217;s dad&#8217;s truck in the parking lot.\u00a0 Brian was like, &#8220;How much do you want to bet they&#8217;re also here to see <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/thevillage.movies.go.com\/\"  target=\"out\"><font color=\"#000000\">The Village<\/font><\/a>?&#8221; As we were walking up the balcony steps, we call his dad but there is no answer on his cellphone.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Maybe they&#8217;re already in the middle of their movie?&#8221;\u00a0 I asked Brian.\u00a0 &#8220;Nah.\u00a0 I think they&#8217;re in A6 (the seat next to ours because we got A7).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I guess they were short-handed because normally someone greets you and takes you to your seat right away.\u00a0 After several minutes of waiting, his dad comes walking out. Brian and I look at each other and bust up laughing as Dave confirms that they are, in fact, sitting in seat A6.\u00a0 It was a really funny coincidence!<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/thevillage.movies.go.com\/\"  target=\"out\"><font color=\"#000000\">The Village<\/font><\/a> was pretty good.\u00a0 Not what most would expect but, if you have ever watched any other M.
