This was our movie catch up weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 Since last weekend was spent shopping, we didn’t get a chance to watch any of our movies.\u00c2\u00a0 So here’s a quick recap…<\/p>\n
You Got Served<\/font><\/a> (via Netflix<\/font><\/a>) can be summed up in four words: great dancing, horrible acting.<\/p>\n Starship Troopers 2<\/font><\/a> (via Netflix<\/font><\/a>) was just horrible all around.\u00c2\u00a0 I don’t know what Brian was thinking!<\/p>\n Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban<\/font><\/a> (via Warren Theaters<\/font><\/a>) was quite entertaining but not quite as good as HP2.\u00c2\u00a0 I thought HP2 was funnier and more exciting, anyway.<\/p>\n The Day After Tomorrow<\/font><\/a> (via Warren Theaters<\/font><\/a>) was great.\u00c2\u00a0 Loved it.\u00c2\u00a0 You should go see it.<\/p>\n Monster<\/font><\/a> (via Netflix<\/font><\/a>) had really great acting but it was very depressing.\u00c2\u00a0 Some of you may want to see it and some of you may not.\u00c2\u00a0 Charlize looks really ugly so if you’re one who watches Charlize movies to help you get off, this isn’t it.<\/p>\n Anyway, Brian and I are really digging Netflix<\/font><\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 The movie turn-around time is very quick.\u00c2\u00a0 We are averaging about three rentals per week (depending on our schedules), which by my calculation would be almost $50 through our local dvd\/video rental chain, so we are saving quite a bit.\u00c2\u00a0 By the way, I’m almost done processing the rest of the pictures we took from Kansas City.\u00c2\u00a0 You’ll see those on my next blog posting.\u00c2\u00a0 In the meantime if you haven’t seen the first set, those can be found here<\/font><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This was our movie catch up weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 Since last weekend was spent shopping, we didn’t get a chance to watch any of our movies.\u00c2\u00a0 So here’s a quick recap… You Got Served (via Netflix) can be summed up in four words: great dancing, horrible acting.
