After the Welcome Reception, our entire group walked over to Cuba Libre. <\/p>\n

The restaurant is kind of dark but it has a really cool, Latin vibe. Our server explained that the restaurant turns into a nightclub on the weekends and they’ll even have multiple DJs. <\/p>\n

I believe this is the pisco sour drink made with egg whites. Alex and Tammie both had one. Tammie who has been to Peru says it tasted pretty authentic.<\/p>\n

I had a mojito of some sort. I can’t remember now what flavor it was.<\/p>\n

Wait… That might have been someone else’s mojito because this might have been my drink. This is what I get for waiting so long to blog about the experience.<\/p>\n

I really wish I could remember. It was all very good. I enjoyed my dinner and I know everyone else did too. <\/p>\n
