Now that the weather is nicer, they&#8217;ve really amped up the schedule. There&#8217;s usually four or five food trucks there daily. <\/p>\n<p>I pretty much walk over there everyday that I&#8217;m working from the Wichita office. Here are pictures of some of the yummy eats that you can get. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/26661032135\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"   title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1497\/26661032135_f45cf906fb.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"pic\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>This is the kalbi chicken from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Noble-House-Hawaiian-Plate-Lunch-360472477449560\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Noble House Hawaiian Plate Lunch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/26073497954\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"   title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1696\/26073497954_062c9ca208.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>These are the most delicious Vietnamese carnitas tacos I have ever had. They are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Funky-Monkey-Munchies-426857387410979\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Funky Monkey Munchies<\/a>. FMM food truck has been around for a while but I&#8217;ve never tried their food until recently because, honestly, I couldn&#8217;t tell what kind of food they were selling from their food truck name. Now that I have tried some of their food, I know what type of food they make. They make super delicious food. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/26090638044\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"   title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1456\/26090638044_a5647b0927.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure the truffle fries gave the source of this food away. You guessed it. These are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/theflyingstove\/\"  target=\"_blank\">the Flying Stove<\/a>. The original food truck that made food trucks cool. I only got one taco the first time but I liked it so much that, when I hit them the other day, I ordered two tacos and fries. Also, I get my taco arabe without the caramelized onions. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/26702222145\/in\/dateposted-public\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"   title=\"Untitled\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/farm2.staticflickr.com\/1451\/26702222145_9bf80773da.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>These delicious ribs are from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/The-Kamayan-Truck-883352515033782\/\"  target=\"_blank\">the Kamayan Truck<\/a>. Brian and I met Faith and her kids there for dinner a couple of weeks ago. I&#8217;m not sure what&#8217;s going on though, because the last two Thursdays that I&#8217;ve tried to hit them for dinner they weren&#8217;t at the park. It&#8217;s kind of crappy when you have your heart set on Kamayan food and then you can find them. <\/p>\n<p>Anyway, if you want to try some of these awesome dishes, you should like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ICTPopUpPark\"  target=\"_blank\">ICT Pop-Up Urban Park<\/a> Facebook page. They post the weekly schedule. The lunch schedule is spot on but the dinner schedule is pretty hit-and-miss. Like I said, the last couple of times that the schedule said Kamayan would be there, they were nowhere to be found. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to be in Wichita this coming week so you&#8217;ll probably see me picking up my to-go lunch at the pop-up park.
