I had the pleasure of dining at Public<\/a> for the first time last week when we had our work visitors, Eric and Alex from AllConnect. All I could think was, “Why haven’t I eaten here before?”<\/p>\n

I had the slow-cooked ribs based on our server’s recommendation. They were super delicious. I think these ribs were even better than some of the ribs I’d had at our best barbecue joints. Seriously. They had great flavor and they were fall-off-the-bone tender. Delicious!<\/p>\n
