Boo hoo!\u00c2\u00a0 I’m still getting over that dreadful exam that I had to take.\u00c2\u00a0 Did I mention that I hate Macro?\u00c2\u00a0 Well, I do.<\/p>\n
Brian took me to Body Ink and Steel<\/font><\/a> on Tuesday, Veteran’s Day holiday.\u00c2\u00a0 We had Dan cover up my old tattoo.\u00c2\u00a0 It was soo painful!\u00c2\u00a0 My first one didn’t hurt at all.\u00c2\u00a0 This was extreme torture.\u00c2\u00a0 Either that or I’ve forgotten how painful the first one was because it’s been over eight years.\u00c2\u00a0 Or it could be that I was younger and tougher then.\u00c2\u00a0 Or perhaps Brian has spoiled me so much that I’ve turned into a cry-baby-wuss.\u00c2\u00a0 Either way it sucked.<\/p>\n The process was arduous but the end result was great.\u00c2\u00a0 Brian says it’s awesome.\u00c2\u00a0 Most people say they can’t see the original tattoo underneath the new one.\u00c2\u00a0 Jen and I can still kind of see it but someone who doesn’t know what the original one looks like would have a truly difficult time.\u00c2\u00a0 And yes, I’ve verified this.\u00c2\u00a0 Dan does an amazing job with cover ups.<\/p>\n Anyway, woke up Wednesday and didn’t feel like taking a shower.\u00c2\u00a0 Yes, I am a wuss.\u00c2\u00a0 Besides, I wasn’t feeling too good anyhow.\u00c2\u00a0 So I ended up missing school and work.\u00c2\u00a0 I was thinking this is great!\u00c2\u00a0 I can use the time to study for my Macro exam.<\/p>\n I read my chapters and then took the online quizzes.\u00c2\u00a0 Aced them.\u00c2\u00a0 At this point I was feeling pretty good.\u00c2\u00a0 I was like totally confident going into the exam on Thursday.\u00c2\u00a0 But, lo and behold, the exam was nothing like the online quizzes.\u00c2\u00a0 I’d be lucky to pass it.\u00c2\u00a0 What a nightmare!<\/p>\n Today’s shopping spree with Jen made me feel a little better though.\u00c2\u00a0 But I’m still ticked off that I could potentially drop down to a B in this class.\u00c2\u00a0 My goal for this semester was straight A’s.\u00c2\u00a0 I hope I can hang in there!<\/p>\n Tonight Brian and I are having dinner at my favorite place, Red Rock Canyon Grill.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m so excited!\u00c2\u00a0 I know exactly what I want: house salad with adobe (I don’t know why they call it that, but it’s super yummy) dressing and crab cakes.\u00c2\u00a0 Yum, yum!\u00c2\u00a0 Then we are going to see Love Actually<\/font><\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Fun, fun!<\/p>\n But when all is said and done, I’ve still got that crappy exam grade to look forward to next week.\u00c2\u00a0 Hopefully I’ll get lucky.\u00c2\u00a0 Cross your fingers.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Boo hoo!\u00c2\u00a0 I’m still getting over that dreadful exam that I had to take.\u00c2\u00a0 Did I mention that I hate Macro?\u00c2\u00a0 Well, I do.
