I realized this after flying on four different models of commercial planes on my recent trip to Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/12293397935\/\"  title=\"Untitled by Ching, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm6.staticflickr.com\/5527\/12293397935_8ce1417e0e.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Flying economy is a lot more bearable when you have your own individual TV screen. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/12293520503\/\"  title=\"Untitled by Ching, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.staticflickr.com\/3814\/12293520503_4a5057b3f5.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I took advantage of mine and watched an Elton John concert.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/12293819044\/\"  title=\"Untitled by Ching, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/v4s.yimg.com\/sm\/5524\/12293819044_4e5dac7144.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My most favorite part of the A319 is the power outlets in the back of the seats. You don&#8217;t have to reach under your seat to find an outlet now. And, it&#8217;s a real power outlet. Not one of those 12V adapter outlets. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ching\/12293813354\/\"  title=\"Untitled by Ching, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.staticflickr.com\/3771\/12293813354_a72b87a615.jpg\" width=\"500\" class=\"pic\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Untitled\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Or, better yet, there are a couple of USB ports on the bottom of the TV screen. So you can just plug your phone directly to it using your USB cord. You don&#8217;t even need to dig out your power cable. <\/p>\n<p>This is awesome because if you&#8217;re using your mobile device during the flight (which you can do now) it&#8217;s going to run out of juice. Well, now that you can plug it in during the flight, that&#8217;s no longer an issue. So read your ebooks, listen your music, watch you videos, and play away. <\/p>\n<p>The only down side is that not all commercial planes come equipped with these features. So far I&#8217;ve only come across them on the A319.
