UPCOMING EVENTS IN 2010:

Trip to San Francisco. Brian has never been and it has been over a decade for me. Plus, I will get to see Pia (who I haven’t seen since our wedding in 2002) and Sheryll (who I haven’t seen since my trip to the Philippines in 1998).
Participating in the 2010 WSOP. I have always dreamed of playing poker with the pros. This has been nixed because my buy-in went toward buying a new TV for Brian. =P
Soaring in Colorado. Brian and I want to visit Durango and do a zip-line adventure or ride a hot-air balloon or maybe even both (if we play our cards right and save, save, save).
Battle of the Brubakers. Brian and I vowed that we will both lose 30 pounds and achieve our goal weight this year. I look forward to getting there first!
Brian returns to Germany. Brian returns to Germany again this year — without me. Boooo!
Trip to New Jersey. Yes, I know. New Jersey isn’t really on top of everybody’s “places to visit before I die” list. However, my half sister’s baby’s baptism is taking place at the end of August and she’s cordially invited us. Not sure yet if this trip is going to happen. It all depends on how much air fare will cost and how much vacation time Brian has available.
Visit cousin Tracy. I want to visit Brian’s cousin Tracy in Little Elm. I hear she has a nice cowboy-themed guest room.
Richard is getting married. Brian and I will be driving to Texas again for our friend Richard’s wedding. Picture something like “My Best Friend’s Wedding” — except we won’t try to sabotage his big day.
